Wildwood Event: Spring Thunder on the Sand

Wildwood will be hosting the Spring Thunder on teh Sand Motocross Pro/AM Races on May 29th through May 31st. The event takes place Saturday at noon, and Sunday at 10am. Wildwood: Craft Show on the Boardwalk

The Wildwood Boardwalk Craft Show takes place May 23rd and May 24th. You’ll find it on the Boardwalk near the Convention Center. There is no admission price, and takes place from 9am to 5pm. If you’d like more information call: 609-522-0378

Wildwood: Kite Festival

Love kites? The Wildwood International Kite Festival is the perfect way to spend your weekend! May 22 through May 25th, you’ll want to join in the fun. Friday starts teh fun at 9pm with an illuminated night kite fly! How cool is that? There are also activities planned for the weekend from 9am to 5pm. Wildwood: Pirates Day

The Wildwood’s Convention Center is teh place to registere for this parade! What could be more fun for kids than a Pirates Day with Captain Kidd? The parade starts a little bit after 10am on May 16th. What’s super fun is that there will be a treasure hunt and special appearances at the end of the parade right on the beach! Wildwood: Spring Beach Jam

Wildwood’s Spring Beach Jam comes around on May 15 through May 17th. This fun event is for Boy Scounts and Girl Scouts and includes camping on the beach, as well as fun for everyone. Wildwood Restaurant Showcase

Wildwood’s very own Neil’s Steak and Chowder House will be having a sampling of food from restaurants and specialty shops. The proceeds of the event will benefit local high school students. This event takes place May 13 (Wednesday) and more information is available at: 609-729-4000.

Wildwood Event: Car Show

Wildwood is hosting the East Coast Boardwalk Nationals Car Show which is now in its 17th year! You’ll find a great display of classic cars along the boardwalk and at the Wildwood Convention Center. This event is open to all makes and models. While there’s no fee for spectators, those participating in the car show will want to check out ThunderMoto.com for full details and registration.
