Classic Car Auction in Wildwood

September 23rd through the 26th brings the Boardwalk Classic Car Auction. Be sure to stop by and check out the muscle and classic cars. You’ll want to not only check out the cool cars, but also the neat memorabilia and collectibles at the Convention Center’s Arena. If you love cars, you’ll want to be here.

Fireman’s Convention in Wildwood

You won’t want to miss the massive NJ Fireman’s Convention in Wildwood from September 15 through the 17th. Be sure to check things out at the Wildwood Convention Center and then catch the parade on Saturday at 1. It follows New Jersey Ave from Wildwood Crest up to North Wildwood.

Car Show on the Boardwalk

Love VW’s or Audi’s? There’s a car show known as “Dubs on the Boards” that you’ll want to check out in North Wildwood on September 12th. Be sure to mosey up to the boardwalk and check out all the great cars.

Mummers String Band

Enjoy the Mummers over on Olde New Jersey Avenue in North Wildwood on September 11th, starting at 4:45. Come out to enjoy the top 9 Mummers String bands. (Based on the Philly Parade – New Year’s Day, from 2010)

September 11 Events in Wildwood

There will be multiple memorial services and commemorative events in recognition of the September 11 attacks, and will honor those who were lost.

In Wildwood Crest, at 5:30 there will be a service at NJ Avenue and Miami Rd — while in North Wildwood there will be a commemoration just before 9am at 1st and Spruce Aves.

Surf Fishing Tournament

Love to fish? You won’t want to miss out on the 41st surf fishing tournament in North Wildwood. There is an admission fee, but there are also prizes to be won! With both adult and junior divisions, this is a family event!
