Cat Show in Wildwood, New Jersey

Love cats? The Cat Show will be taking place at the Wildwood Convention Center on August 21st and 22nd. This CFA Championship Cat Show means cats are judged in different competition rings through the event. Rubbery Ducky Race in Wildwood

The Rubber Ducky Regatta takes place August 15th. The United Way of Cape May will be bringing this fun rubber ducky race to the Raging Waters Water Park at 7:30. You’ll love watching all the ducks as they race to the finish line – while rambling down the Endless River. It’s quite a site!

Irish Fest in Wildwood

Are you ready to take part in a new hot event? The Wildwoods Convention Center is introducting an Irish Fest on August 13th and 14th from 10am-10pm. Enjoy crafts, music, food, workshops and more.

There is also a concert (*admission fee) you can enjoy Celtic Crossroads Band from Ireland.

Martial Arts Competition in Wildwood

Baby Parade in Wildwood

You don’t want to miss a great tradition – the Wildwood Baby Parade. Be sure to mark your calendar for August 4th (raindate – Aug 5). The Parade takes place from the convention center (boardwalk) to 16th St in North Wildwood. This is a tradition that’s been taking place since 1909!

Frisbee Tournament

Check out the beach frisbee tournament in Wildwood on July 24th and 25th. This is a 4 on 4 competition – and is great for every level of player. The “Annual Co-Ed Beach Ultimate Frisbee Tournament” takes place on the beach in Wildwood between Poplar and Oak Avenues. This event is for ages 18 and over.

Coin and Stamp Show

IF you collect antiques, coins, stamps or even postcards, you’ll want to mark your calendar for this event. The Wildwoods Convention Center is hosting the show which will feature coins both proof, rare, new, old – stamps, supplies and so much more. It’s always fun to see what’s being offered or finding something new for your collection. Coin collecting is a great hobby to start with your kids while they are younger, and something they can grow into – as well as adults who have been collecting for years, you never know what you’ll find at a show!

Maritime Festival – Nautical Goodies

On the weekend of July 17th and 18th there’s a new festival coming to town. Check out all the nautical goodness as displays from around the country focus on lighthouses maritime themes and more.
