Family Bike Ride

Looking for something to do? There’s a fun Father’s Day family bike ride that takes place at 8am. You can take part in this fun family event which features bike tours through the Wildwoods. There is a fee to participate, and it takes place starting at Wildwood Crest Pier Recreation Center.

Plunge for Patients in Wildwood

Cancer is a difficult thing for anyone and their family to go through. In Wildwood, they’re doing something about it and having their annual Plunge for Patients which is a great way to raise awareness. The event takes place at the Wildwood Convention Center on June 19th from 3-5pm. Take part in races, swimming,running and walking. These events start a little later around 6pm and 7pm for novices. Be a part of the day and enjoy not only the event, or just enjoy watching the event, you can also be a part of the beach party that night at 8pm (must be pre-registered). Mummers Weekend in Wildwood

There will be a “friendly competition” and fun the weekend of June 11th and June 12th. With the Mummers Brigade Weekend in North Wildwood, which will feature some of the top Mummers Brigade performers. The event includes not ony some great music, but a fun pub crawl Friday night.

Writers Conference in Wildwood

I’m a writer - so this is something cool for those of us who write! If you’re a writer then you’ll want to check out the North Wildwood Beach Writers Conference. You’ll find the event at the Wildwood Convention Center the weekend of June 8 and 9. There is an entrance fee, just a head’s up.

Spring Thunder Coming to Wildwood

Spring Thunder on the Sand Motorcross is an event you don’t want to miss. Enjoy both pro and amateur races on the beach in Wildwood. This event takes place June 4th through June 6th and can be found between Schellenger and Spencer Aves on the beach.

Memorial Day in Wildwood

Wildwood Kite Festival

This year marks the 25th year for the Annual Wildwood Kite Festival! It’s going to be a great event…not only do you get to enjoy a kite festival from 9-5 Saturday and Sunday, but there is also an Unlocking of the Ocean Ceremony taking place at noon, which starts the official summer season.

Come to the Wildwoods Convention Center and at noon you can be a part of the event to unlock the ocean, along with heading over to Rio Grande Ave on the beach to check out all the great kites…

If you want an early start, Friday night will be a 9pm illuminated kite fly!

Pirates Day in Wildwood

Yo-ho-ho! It’s going to be Pirates Day in Wildwood on May 15th. Enjoy Pirates Day with Captain Kidd - starting with a costume parade. The parade starts at 11am over at 26th and the Boardwalk in North Wildwood. You won’t want to miss the treasure hunt that follows! Kids 12 and under will love this event at 15th and the beach.
